Singer by day, hero by night. Skylar Ann Marie Emerson is a seventeen-year-old who is also a famous worldwide singer. She is kind-hearted,beautiful and hilarious. But as soon as the sun sets, that sweet, happy girl turns into a silent hero of the night known as 'The Ninja Angel'. How did she get this name? She has angel wings that allow her to fly and she fights for the side of good using weapons that most people would classify as 'ninja weapons'. Skylar has special powers, but rarely uses them, unlike her ninja weapons. This night hero has a completely different personality. She is smart, but shy. Quiet, but sly. Cute as a cookie, but tough as a rock.

Living two lives is hard, especially when you don't get enough sleep! What's hard to believe is that she prefers to be alone when she has free time. Mainly to catch up on sleep. Or training with her Sensei and best friends.

Shinx, a strange four-legged creature that hatched from an egg that mysteriously appeared in Skylar's room when she was younger. Violet Lily, a small fairy who helps Skylar and guides her sometimes. They can both transform into humans and fight by her side most of the time. Other times they aren't present because of... other issues.

One night, Skylar is flying alone in the sky. That's when she hears a scream and sees five boys beating up a young girl. When Skylar tries to help, she gets herself kidnapped by the five boys.

What happens when she finds out that they're One Direction?

Definitely a lot of drama, and maybe a little a romance. Talk about the perfect adventure, right?

WRONG.

They're not the boys you would expect them to be. Skylar finds that out the hard way. But in the end she asks herself this. Who really needs saving?
