At this age, it's very common na ang mga teenager, laging broken hearted and emo. Hindi rin uncommon na may mga third sex na nagkakagusto sa kapwa nilang ka-gender.  Eto ang story ni Sam. Simple lang siya. Ay, hindi pala. Mayaman ang family niya pero gusto niyang maging simple. Akala niyo ba si Sam ay boy? No, she is a girl but a boy at heart.  Nagkakagusto siya sa mga girls. Ayaw niya sa boys kasi sa tingin niya pare parehas lang sila katulad ng daddy niya na playboy.  May pag-asa kayang magbago ang identity niya once she meets her match?
