Leia had spent months planning how to infiltrate Jabba's Palace and within hours it had all fallen apart. She had successfully freed Han from the carbonite but had little time to rejoice at their reunion as Han was promptly dragged away and Leia was throw into the slave vaults with the other dancers. The only way for Leia to keep her sanity is to think of Han. Before meeting him, Leia could sometimes come off as a little cold and snarky to people who didn't know her well, but through all that she and Han had been through, Leia thought she had finally found someone she could open her heart to, only for him to be ripped from her. Rescuing him from the carbonite, she dared to hope they would never be separated again, but there she was, stuck in the cells with Han's execution growing close. In the week Leia is subjected to slavery, she learns quickly that she must adapt to survive even if that meant giving up her dignity. A tear, although invisible from the rest of the universe underneath his mask, fell down his cheek. Kylo Ren left the scene of the massacre, where he had just murdered dozens of former fellow Jedi padawans, at the academy his uncle had established. He didn't look back, for he knew that if he did, he would totally break...he would be torn apart. Please note that this story STARTS in the time while Kylo Ren/Ben is at the Jedi Academy and that this story was written directly after The Force Awakens!
