Josie Vasquez is a broken Foster kid. She also had ADHD! She never could stay in a foster home for more than 4 months because of her condition and how she was too hard to take care of.

Jesus Adams Foster was a broken Foster kid with his fraternal twin sister Mariana Adams Foster but eventually they found the Adams-Fosters and they were adopted. Jesus also had ADHD and he and his sister had a problem getting adopted and staying in one home because of that.

When Josie meets the Perez's,they are inspired by her story and how she still manages to stay strong with her condition and getting kicked from Foster home to Foster home. While she is with the Perez's,she starts going to Anchor Beach Charter School...the same school her Foster brother Nathan Perez goes to.

While she's there,she meets the Fosters and more importantly,Jesus Adams Foster. When they meet,they instantly click because of the similarities they have. But everyone Josie has made friends with tells her don't get too comfortable with Jesus because he is the biggest flirt of the school and all he does is fool all the girls at Anchor Beach but what happens when he sees something different in Josie?
