In which a man owns a cat. A cat which, to say the least, doesn't want to be owned.
16 years old, declawed, clipped and shackled, Koga is a young 'sphinx,' a little boy with little wings and little horns and the ears and tail of a panther. Like others of his kind, he's a pet to a wealthy owner who sees him as little more than an animal to own. But, like others of his kind, he's able to take on a feral, ancient, and relatively powerful form as he so desires.
Or so he'd like to think. Owner Morgan has plans of his own and is grooming him now to meet a lass, arranged to be married to her to continue a show quality bloodline.

"What in the name of Thundera is wrong with you?!" Tygra's happy moment has been interrupted. He glares at Panthro, and the Panther could've sworn he sees the tiger's ears slightly flattening. Another rare thing. "Mine." He growls, hugging the batch of catnip he happens to be cuddling with. "This is getting awkward." Panthro decides to to take Snarf's advice. He attempts to pull his friend out of "harms" way, but when he reaches for for him, Tygra goes tiger mode. His ear completely flattens against his head and his upper lip curls as he growls... a real growl that startles the panther. "Whoa!" he takes a quick step back in disbelief. "Yep. Catnip's bad. Now he's bearing his teeth at me! What's next?! A roar?! This is unlike him at all! Not unless he's completely enraged!" "Snarf... I told you! I told you about that plant!" Snarf mews as he gets to his feet, crossing his arms. "But no. Nobody ever listens to old Snarf." --------------------------- The ThunderCats are just having another normal day at their lair. As usual, they'll be expected to chase after the Mutants, beat up the mummy guy, and claim victory once more. But this time, Mumm-ra has a new trick up his sleeve that may drive the heroes to chaos.. but he's not getting involved with the fight. The felines wake to only discover a strange plant growing around their lair. This time, their curiosity will get them for sure. So what happens when they discover catnip? Regency era, alternative story about Charlotte Heywood and Sidney Parker. Sidney's mother is pushing him to marry and marry well to save the family from ruin. His pursuit is Mrs. Campion, a wealthy widow with a horrible personality. On the verge of asking her to marry him, he goes on a hunting trip to clear his head. What happens on this hunting trip changes his path in life forever. Sidney POV When I first had the idea for this story, I pictured a bear attacking Sidney. But doing research I found that bears are not common wild animals in England. I'm American and live in a state where bears are common. In doing research, I found that in the regency era there were wild cats that were referred to as phantom cats, panthers, jaguars, or leopards. Although, some accounts claim there is no such thing and stories were exaggerated. Anyway, for story purposes, this phantom cat exists. I know it may not sound realistic, but as I said before, there were stories about these wild cats in some of my research. I also came across stories of the aristocratic and higher class bringing these exotic animals to England to show off and look grander to others. It reminded me of someone purchasing a dog as a puppy, thinking it'll be great. Then months later realizing these cute puppies grow up and destroy your home and chew everything up. I pictured a rich woman insisting she have one of these pure black cats on one of her many voyages to far off lands and her rich husband buying her the exotic animal. Then as this cat grew and suddenly the realization that it's a wild animal and could potentially kill someone, these high society people may just decide to let the animal go in the woods to fend for himself. Now this cat is alone in a land he doesn't belong and trying to survive, perhaps resenting man for the cruel way he was treated. Now I feel sorry for the panther. Anyway, that's the backstory on the panther and why it may be in a place it's not supposed to be.Complete

They live alone in an apartment and are each 17 years old. While they are twin brothers and get along perfectly, they are very different. Trevor: he's very shy, and doesn't do well meeting new people, let alone attractive robots. While he doesn't do well with new people, he is always considerate of others, and tries to help as much as possible. It takes a lot to get him angry, and usually if he does, people think it's more adorable than scary. Travis: he's very outgoing and extroverted, and never gets nervous around people. He can meet a new person, and the situation is normally perfect. That being said, he's very protective of Trevor, and he can get angry very easily. If someone makes Trevor feel bad for only a second, Travis will start cussing and try threatening, even if Trevor accepts the apology of the one who made him feel bad. While they are likeable people when happy, they have never found love once in their lives, and even if they wanted to, they both know something will happen if they try. BUT they were both born with something special: multiple vocal cords, so many in fact, they can make any sound they want without even trying, and can even sound like an entire band is playing a song with just their mouths, which awakened their love for singing.
