16 year old Joan Montgomery lives in Day city, amongst the day people . She has always dreamed of going to Night city to see what it's like. One night she makes the daring choice to sneak out, and into Night city. There she meets a charming boy that she can't seem to get out of her mind. She returns home and is hit with reality, her reality. Over time she starts to wonder if she belongs here, or if she should leave her old life behind...
