Fairy tales are stupid, right? I've always felt so bad for the characters. They're so innocent, even the bad guys. There's no corruption, there's no government, there aren't any politics. Like, could you imagine the political problems that would come up if Kate Middleton fell into an irreversible sleep? I mean, seriously people. Think a little bit. Personally, I've always liked the original fairy tales better than the new "revised" versions. They're totally different stories, to be honest. You can't just go ahead and not cut off the heads of the evil stepsisters (or their toes, for that matter) and just call it the same story. I think that's a very important part of the fairy tale. But kids these days are wimpy, so... Anyways, what if I told you there were no more "happily ever afters"? Would you still want to live if everything was doomed to fail? If you knew that, in the end, everyone was going to be totally unsatisfied and possibly dead. (Of course, not everyone would be dead. That would be too merciful. You have to leave some people behind.) Would you still want to try at a happily ever after? That's the test, I guess. That's what you have to decide. Welcome to the Alternate.

Book two of a different kind of fairy tale series (can be read as a stand-alone but I do suggest reading as a series) *His fangs came forward. "Mine," he growled as he sank his fangs into my neck. He pumped his fingers roughly in and out of me. "Sebastian," i moaned. His thumb rubbed my clit as he fucked me with his fingers. "Stop," i whispered after he was drinking for too long. He pushed another finger inside me, causing to moan loudly. He pinched my clit. "Sebastian, please i know you can," i whispered, forcing myself to hold back my moan. "Please don't make me use the command." He jumped back off the bed and against the wall. I pressed my hand on my neck. "I told you." "I almost didn't," he growled. "And yet you. I knew you could." "Next time i'll turn you. The next time i drink from you i'll turn you, a command won't stop me."* Everyone has heard of the story of Cinderella. A beautiful girl loses her parents and is to live with a rotten stepmother and stepsisters. She goes to a ball at a palace and meets a prince where they fall in love. At midnight she leaves the ball and he looks for her throughout the kingdom. The prince finds her and they live happily ever after. This is a different kind of Cinderella. Sebastian Vasile, the crowned prince of the vampires, finds his mate in the crowd of a ball. The human girl is not what he imagined his mate to be but he doesn't care, all he's ever wanted was her. Will she find it in her heart to love him back? will she agree to be his queen and more importantly his mate?
