In the mighty, sprawling city of Pendula, Suli has lived the first decade of her life as an orphaned street urchin with a stutter, barely getting by as a petty thief. In a desperate attempt to save the life of one of her only friends, Suli finds herself mixed up in an organization with as much power as it has enemies.
