When Skye and her best friend Cassia find themselves in the magical realm of Etheria they must navigate through a land riddled with war and lies. Skye has always been plagued with rage and felt as if she never belonged, but her entire life is flipped upside down when she discovers shocking secrets about her past and makes friendships with Kings and low life thieves.
Kaden is nothing more than a rat in the gutter to the nobility of Etheria, but when he makes a desperate deal with the king to save his family, he learns people are not always as they seem.
