The year is 2019, in a tropic desert. Humanity is crumbled, and society is influenced by a tyrannical beast, which is referenced to as Better Living Industries, BL/Ind. It has been controlling people in the belief that they are making their lives better- when in fact it is ripping the souls from every human being, turning us into soul-less robots, draculoids. They try to recruit people starting in their teens- in which there is one school they target. Some are hopeless victims- under the control of the others. But there are some that know the secrets, some that are not of the same crude matter of the regular mundane human. They're Killjoys, and they're special. BLI has captured many of them, eventually testing, and then killing them, in the hopes that none of these "problems" or "rejects" will affect their totalitarian society. However, there was one, the daughter of a ruthless leader for a rebel base. She had almost broken them down. She had fallen in love with a technician of BLI. He was forced into the job for his intellect, but he too wanted to destroy BLI. The two fought battles as rebels, until one day they conceived a child. Not long after the child was born, the legend and rebel died fighting Scarecrows. The baby was found by a middle-aged couple, refugees of the industry. They took her in their care, where she grew to be a highly intellectual, beautiful person, but she has archaic powers and could destroy anything she wished, causing chaos to ring out. Through school, she meets four brilliant individuals- the members of the band bringing hope to the desert, My Chemical Romance. Battles will be fought, massacres will occur, but these few people could be the saviors of humanity or the destruction of life, and it all starts with a girl named Scarlett Rose.
Everyone is born innocent. But the question is why does that change? Some say they've had a bad past and some say their lives are already bad.
One mistake changes a young innocent loving girl. But that mistake creates something even the dead fear.
Should they run? Or should they hide? Either way..they won't survive.
Monsters aren't something to fear. It's what type of monster you allow yourself to become that changes everything.
Ripped away from your family, kidnapped, tortured, beaten, abused, raped, impregnated, loving the child only to have it ripped away from you...surely that's reason enough to loose any humanity you had left. Surely that's enough for any soul no matter how good, to turn dark?
Scarlett is no different. After all...what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
Scarlett is out for blood, anyone and everything that gets in her way will suffer.
They created a monster, now they must face the consequences. Starting with facing the beast itself.
