When Claire gets bitten by a horrific monster, her seemingly ordinary life takes a very interesting turn. In having to rebuild her life, learn her place, and even discover her true heritage, she finds herself in more than one life threatening events and some not too trustworthy friends. She wants to just have life go back to normal, that is if she can get away from the ones dedicated to kill her.
