Luke is going to the Universe of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt! There happens to be a source of Dark Matter that resides in the ghosts that exist there, making them stronger. Panty and Stocking, the Fallen Angels, are having a really hard time with these guys, to the point that they don't even care about the well-being of Daten City. Something has to be done...and quickly!
