Annabeth Chase's life was a typical romantic cliché. She was hopelessly in love with her best friend, the green eyed Percy Jackson. It would have been perfect if only Annabeth had the guts to tell Percy about her feelings and Percy already had a girlfriend, super perfect Rachel Elizabeth Dare.
Determined to follow her dreams of being a successful architect, Annabeth sets off to England, living with her father, the person she hated most in the world.
Finally, after years of hard work, Annabeth has become a famous architect, running her own company. There, Annabeth experiences another heartbreak which pushes her to go back to New York.
And old feelings come rushing back. Is this fate's way of intertwining them or is it just not mean to be?
