To this day there is only one Herondale alive. We all know this. Jonathan Christopher Herondale. Valentine kept his true identity hidden for 17 years. But the truth came out in the end. Or did it? HALF the truth came out but what about the other half? What if I told you that what you thought you knew was wrong? What if I told you that there was another Herondale, Jace's twin sister?
Her name is Nicole Theresa Herondale. What happens when she reunites with her brother? Will they accept each other? Will she be accepted in the New York institute?
I'm sure you've guessed by now that she hasn't had the perfect upbringing. Bad luck seems to fallow her. Like when she she falls for the wrong guy on the wrong side. Sebastian Christopher Morgenstern.
But that's ridiculous isn't it? Why would she fall for the guy trying to kill her brother and his girlfriend. Why would she fall for the guy trying to burn the world to ashes? Is she crazy? Besides what's the point? The demon blood running through Sebastian's veins stops him from loving anything.

When she said goodbye to her brother in Toronto and laid him to rest, her first rune disappears, her angelic rune. She does not tell anyone because it is Alec's wedding and she does not want to ruin it. At the reception, Jace takes Clary to the dance floor and starts with a speech that sounds like he is ready to propose to Clary, so she interrupts him by telling him how much she loves him, and after she passionately kisses him, says she needs to get air and leaves him standing on the dance floor.
