After spending some time with Sam, Dean starts hallucinating. Eventually, Sam decides that his brother needs medications and gets him to a mental hospital where Dean will get treatment. Ghosts, hellhounds and all kinds of monsters drive Dean insane so he gets closed in himself without letting anyone see his pain, praying every night for this one thing that will change his life, this one thing is Castiel, Dean's guardian angel.
