One day long ago in the country of Afril there was a girl who was fated to protect the prince. She began fighting to protect her best friend and was willing to give her life at a very early age. The prince was sent away to school and when he returned he found his bodyguard had become the most beautiful woman he had ever laid his eyes upon. The girl became courted by many but pursued none. She became a deadly force that everyman wanted. Soon after the prince had returned the Asardossas approached their boarders and fight to enter their kingdom and the only way to stop them was to create a union. The prince is now set to marry the princess of Taedrics.
She knew it was wrong. He knew it was wrong. But yet both of them allowed feelings of love blossom that left them vulnerable to death. Will they ever be allowed to explore their feelings? Will she be able to do her job? Will they both survive?
