Sara doesn't speak. Not since the "accident." The only reason anyone knows about the accident is that she carved those words into her stomach with a blade. She is sent to what in any other setting would be seen as a vacation. But she won't talk to any of the doctors or nurses or other patients. She only talks to herself. But what happens when she can't hear her own voice in her head anymore? And what happens when someone comes into her life who could change everything?
