'Overdrive' the state of high or excessive activity. That's exactly how Mason says I make him feel, like he's high. We've been friends for as long as I can remember and only recently did I realize im starting to develop feelings for him and im also just starting to recognize his feelings for me.

I always thought addictions were overrated until I met him. He who came like a storm and turned my already wavy life into a tsunami. "What!?" The fire burning in his eyes was unmistakable, and I couldn't seem to look away, not even once. "What do you mean what, all I did was go to a party and have some fun or is fun something you can't comprehend!?" I said trying to rile him up knowing he can't help but fall for it. "Your type of fun is dancing with every guy in there!?" "What if it is?!" I said. It isn't but I know it will make him mad and I'm angry he has no right to judge me. "You could've gotten hurt or worse-!" "Why do you even care?! "Because I love you!" And for the time since I met him I'm speechless. ------------------------------------------------------------------ What happens when two lost souls find their way to each other but they both want to push everyone and everything away?
