1960s au in which Nelson and Murdock are given the Bloody Face case
I originally wrote it for a battle group on polyvore but I decided to share it on here!

As if keeping her identity as Houston's crime fighter Dragyn wasn't hard enough, Sage Fowler worked for years requesting a retrial for her father. Four homicides by a mutant in a cut-and-dry case deemed her endeavors impossible. "I mean seriously, Matt, you can smell when I walk into a room, hear my heart every time I lie! For fucks sake, you can taste blood in the fucking air! But you can't tell when someone loves you?!" I practically yell, outraged with what's going on between us. "Who ever said that, Daeva?! I knew the second you loved me!" He yells as he bolts out of his seat, causing him to groan in discomfort from the stitches. "Than why the games?! If you don't love me back you could have just told me." I tell him, my chest rising and falling from our argument. "Even without the heightened senses, you know damn well I love you. You don't need to hear my heat beat for that. But if it will goddamn make you believe me..." He grunts angrily, grabbing a hold of my wrist and placing my cold fingers over his fast beating heart. "Tell me doctor, is this the feeling of a lying mans heart?" He whispers, his lips grazing my ear. I take in a deep breath and close my eyes about to respond. "You know your heart rate changes when you're about to say something, right?" He jokes with a knowing grin on his face. I bite my lip, hiding my smile before I press my lips onto his. "Now you're just showing off." I whisper as my hands travel to the back of his head, gripping onto his hair to push him onto me. 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 One night after a long day at work Daeva Novak finds a bloody masked man in a dumpster in her rough neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen. She patches him up and learns all his secrets earning her a dangerous life with this so called devil. Yet she can't resist the blind man who puts himself out to save her city. Matt Murdock, lawyer during the day with his best friend Foggy, but vigilante by night finds himself in a young woman's apartment, all bandaged up and cared for. He slowly starts to tell her everything about himself and he can't help but not feel something for the woman he can't even see. In which Dean and Sam meet the Devil who may care and his little sister who may not be his little sister, everyone has a fake alias and bleeds too much, Claire is not amused and Matt should probably admit that this time, he is actually way over his head. More or less in that order. Might work a STANDALONE, even though technically it's part of Damned If I Do verse. Set after Damned If I Do, somewhere before Christmas maybe? I left Hell's Kitchen and everyone when I was eighteen and never looked back. I never thought much about that shit hole I called home. I moved as far away from them as I could.
