Everyone wants to think the zombie apocalypse won't happen and that zombies don't exist. Well truth be told they do. They're all over the place but the are disguised as just a normal person. The UN started to fund a project called the "Project Zombiotic". The project was to create real life zombies that could be controlled. The reason being is that they were afraid of what a terrorist group developed. The weapon they had created was mindless slaves that were essentially the cause of an outbreak of bio weapons. The terrorist group name was "The Allure District". They were ruthless with their experiments. They would torture many children and adult men causing them to go insane, rape women to give birth to new test subjects, and finally implanted a test tube filled with a bio enhancement that turned them into what the group calls "Shades". Bullets, blunt, and bladed weapons would just pass directly through the body. The UN wasn't sure what to do until they found the Zombiotic virus.

"I can't lose you like I've lost everyone else" I say, something inside of him clicks and his eyes turn angry "You have no idea what loss is" he says through clenched teeth. He finds that over time he begins to have feelings for Ellie, he wants to protect her and shelter her from this horrible life. Can Ellie and Joel save the world? Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete

What would you do if one second you were struggling to survive with your friends and mother in tow, and then you wake up to find yourself with a group of strangers the next - all during the country's takeover of blood-thirsty zeds? Megan couldn't believe her eyes. Her brain was muddled with confusion she couldn't get rid of, no matter how many times those strangers reassured her and explained what happened. But she had to accept it, even though it didn't make any sense to her. Megan had been with her mother every step of the way since everything turned to chaos, beginning just a year before, and now she was nowhere to be seen. And on top of that, she had the zeds to deal with. Ghastly creatures that used to be human, carrying a virus that's spread through a constant hunger for flesh from the host, spreading through bites and scratches. It didn't exactly make it easy to prevent getting infected. Things could have been worse, though, Megan thought. She could've been left all alone to ponder over her thoughts and fear over the future. It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in. 7 Criminals around Russia, Korea, and Japan were all sent to a certain jail in America, "The Unwanted", for having unique diseases that have never been heard of before. Instead of being sent to death, each day they're experimented on by the doctors of the prison. This is to find the demanding cure of the diseases that everyone has been wanting, more specifically the News and social media, to know. An example of the experiments would be the doctors injecting different "vaccines" into the sickened's skin, to see if it helps them or defects them. They get the results back once they draw blood from the tested, diseased subject. They're trapped in cells most of the day after their testing, meaning they're rarely ever out of the cells after being "experimented" on. If they were to disobey this law, then they would be sent to the electric chair. They wouldn't send enough bolts to their heads to kill them though, they just severely damage their health and the way they mentally function. Unfortunately, their memories were whipped out, by the nurses, to the extent of their crimes and people they knew before prison. This leaves the diseased to try and find out why they're there and who they knew before this. Of course, the Nurses don't want this because after the sickened kids committed their crimes, they wanted to commit suicide for an unknown reason. They, the doctors and police, need them alive to find the cure and reason for their diseases to avoid them from spreading or occurring again. Will they be cured or is this thing a whole scheme just to torture some murderers? Who will die or eventually snap? Will the criminals ever find out who they truly were or who they knew?
