The devil is topside... and he's pissed.
When Sophia's school is attacked by vampires that announce rather violently that the devil is back, she sets out to find a way to shove him back into hell. Unfortunately, the guys that she's stuck in a classroom with want to help. Only problem with them helping is that they're all inexperienced hunters and have no idea what's going on half the time.
Oh, and her jackass of an ex-boyfriend happens to be in that classroom too; and he decides to share that he is also a hunter.
Sophia, Liam, Mason, AJ, Noah, and Lucas set out for a journey that will leave one of them dead, one a vampire, and another mauled by hell hounds. Question is, will they be able to shove the devil back where he belongs before he can destroy the entire world?
