The Slap Shots are Clarkeville's (population 1000) second best street hockey team. The Slap Shots are known for their ruthless strategy plays and for always following all of the rules and guidelines to the famous sport thanks to their team manager Isaac. Except that  when their best player is forced to move away, Freddie, Xavier, Flynn and the Beaujolais Twins must find a new player that meets their  high standards. 
 And they'll do anything...even if it means  that they have to break one of the most important rules to get her.
So will the Slap Shots succeed in winning The End of Summer Tournament, all while keeping their new player a secret ?

Emerson Main can't take it anymore... she's a secret that can not escape. 
Her father forced her to move away from all of her friends and now she needs to live in this tiny town where all of the boys seem to be playing hockey twenty four seven. 
And it get's worse. She spots a secret message on the ceiling of her new room, her father starts dating someone  new and later introduces her son... someone that Emerson already knows, someone who begs her to not tell anyone about the new relationship.
It's really a matter of days before Emerson breaks...
Can she make it through the summer keeping all these secrets ?
