Running, that's all Emily Dixon has been doing for the past 2 years. Running from walkers, people and sometimes she's running from herself. She has never had the easiest life; abused from the age of 6, both mentally and physically; she slowly lost her mind. Her mother died when she was just a newborn from a house fire. Her dad took his anger out on Emily and Daryl, and occasionally Merle. She was 12 years old when the outbreak had started and she had nowhere to go. Her brothers had left and her father was nowhere to be found. Her only option was to survive ALONE. And that's what she did.

Completed! AU story! On August 25th, 2010, an extraordinary and unimaginable event unfolded. Contrary to the countless apocalyptic prophecies that had circulated, no one could have foreseen the emergence of a virus that could make the dead walk. This unforeseen turn of events caught humanity entirely off guard, as no one had expected that a seemingly innocuous virus could possess such deadly capabilities. 30-year-old Angela Wilson never imagined that she would be forcibly separated from her two daughters and husband, and she was uncertain of when she would be reunited with them. She escaped with her 1-year-old son, Alma, and sought refuge in a secluded cabin nestled deep in the woods on the outskirts of Atlanta. The dense forest provided a sense of seclusion and safety, shielding them from the chaos and uncertainty that had engulfed their lives. After months of surviving alone in the wilderness, she eventually comes across a young girl who appears frightened, covered in dirt, and bearing signs of being injured from her time in the woods. Will she take the girl back to her mother or care for the little girl? What happens when Angela gets into something she can't escape? Will He get her? Or will she fight back? Find out in Finding G
