Hi my name is Ema Burns, I am 16 years old. And I have the most wonderful best friend in the world, Heidi Burmer. This girl is special because she has surprisingly stuck by my side, through all my weirdness for 11 amazing years. We are inseparable! She's your typical popular, pretty, high heels kinda girl. And well I'm just the complete opposite of that, I wear the almost exact same thing every day, a pair of jeans, a v neck and my converse. and Heidi HATES everything in my wardrobe, but she lies me any ways. I'm also that girl in the class who is to shy to say a single word to anyone but my best friend. Don't ask how we became friends. But I guess that's why we became friends because of how different we are. Oh and I forgot to mention that she has a incredibly, annoying, jerk of a brother! And he happens to love embarrassing me, and make me look like a fool.

"Are you okay darling?" Reas soft voice echoed through my phone. "I'm okay, I just-" I stop suddenly. I don't want to ruin this, I might just feel like this because she's my best friend. Or it might be my drunk and empty brain tricking me. "You what?" She sounds worried, I don't want to worry her. "I just don't want to live without you, you make me feel safe. Thank you for always being here." I tried to word it in the most friendly way possible, I probably failed. "I won't ever leave." Her words brought a wave of relief, but I can't help the little part of me that thinks that's a lie. I really hope it's not a lie. ~~ Started: December 23rd, 2020 Finished: December 30th, 2021 COMPLETED
