An unknown figure stalks the Talent, as he begins his journey through the impossible song know as the Death Waltz. With his old friend Rex at his side, the Talent will have to face challenges; some he's never known the likes of before.

Meanwhile, a few years before, a boy named Charles is coping with new found hardship. His father is near intolerable and his need for music is a strong one. Charles must then set out to find the music himself, without his father, and find a place where he can fulfill the destiny that his long-lived musical bloodline has called on him to.
