In the world of Jarono, where people all have amazing powers, Waverly has always lacked. She may have powers like others, but she never has the control, or strong abilities like everyone else. She always felt, less than. That all changed, when she opens a portal to another world, an incredibly rare power, possessed by only a few. But she quickly learns that all power comes with a price, when her portal makes this new world a target to horrible monsters and beasts. Now Waverly has a decision to make, how much is she willing to sacrifice for a world that is not her own?
