As a five year old, Remus Lupin struggled to fit in with the world with his condition. Every full moon it has more painful then ever. Not just only that, being a werewolf means being very lonely in life as well. Every time he gets older and stronger, so does the wolf inside him.

He begins to feel sad that he doesn't have anyone to be around with. This however changes when Albus Dumbledore invites him to Hogwarts. When he gets to Hogwarts, he has a much better life. He now has four new friends, Lily, James, Sirius, and Peter.

Kyan, beta of a wolf shifter pack, is second-in-command and fiercely dedicated to his role. Heartbreak and years of chasing an elusive soulmate have left him jaded, his patience thin with his packmates. Trust is a luxury he no longer affords, and he fills his spare hours with casual company, resigned to a life without deeper joy. When the alpha's little sister returns after four years of training, she's not the kid he remembers. Her time away has shaped her in ways he can't quite pin down. Could her presence shake up his guarded routine-or will it just be another reminder of what he's given up on?
