Until the apocalypse came. All hell broke loose. ALL hell. First, her best friends get ripped to death by the monsters, than her parents. She lost everything and everyone.
Running is the life she leads now. She can't rest without risking her life. Resting gives them the chance to catch up to you, ending it. Until she's running through the woods she didnt realize how bad it all is.
She meets a man named Daryl Dixon and, boy, are they in for the times of their newly shortened lives.

Daryl Dixon is completely on his own. After the Saviors burn down Alexandria, he thinks that he is the only survivor. Living without the group that he has come to love, has left him as nothing more than a shell of the man he used to be. One day after a brutal fight, he stumbles upon a run-down shack in the woods. As he lay dying on the dirty floor, his life is saved by a complete stranger. These two loners find that living life together is so much better than doing it alone. I haven't written a story in the first person since Broken. It's not as easy as it sounds, but I enjoyed the challenge. This story has taken me months to write and I finished it just days after the Season 8 midseason finale. Any similarities to that episode are pure coincidence. I wrote the chapter (You'll know which one) months before Season8 even started. For anyone that is newly following me or reading my books, I write differently than most.
