"When I was younger I always believed in fairy tails, even the scary ones. I wanted so badly for all of them to be real and for some knight in shinny armor or some love struck Werewolf would come and find me and whisk me away. Of course that was then and this is reality. I don't need some guy on a horse to save me, I can save me, I will slay any witch or dragon in my way with out the help of some guy. Of course Werewolf's and knights aren't real, they are all just story's you tell kids to make them sleep at night. I don't want to live in some bullshit story." -Natty

Natalie McQueen is just a 17 year old girl trying to get by. Her small little family of three, her mom, brother, and herself included, live in New York city living just normal everyday lives. The normal suddenly shifts when Natty's mothers job relocates her to Los Angeles. She try's her hardest to make the normal return back to her small family but soon normal just seems like an unattainable prize. Natty must over come her fears when a tragedy hits her life as well as some uninvited guests, and although she wants nothing more than to be normal her life seems to think other wise.
