Ever thought about the world without "war"? How peaceful it would be, well turns out without war the world is an uglier place sadly, people secretly love war and the torture that came with it. Without war this world was lost and thats why children under the age of 18 who commit crimes and crime are sent away to what we call sector 13. It's a place where the government plays games and controls everything all kids from all over the world get sent here while people can sit in there homes and watch the show live every day. If the kids survive to their 18th birthday there crimes can be pardoned or they die a painful death.
