Sapphire Waters Side Stories

I wanted to get some stories up here, so I dug out a few scenes I'd written long ago to accompany the first manuscript I completed, cowritten with a friend I no longer have communication with. I've since decided to rewrite that story with my own characters which I will also be posting as I complete it. The first scene here, The First Chill of Fall, I wrote to explore the relationship between two of my characters. I still love these characters, and they will always have a place in my heart, so that's why I decided to rewrite the series. The second scene, The Lesson, gives a look at how another of my characters, Death God Morryr, learned about his powers when he was young.
