Takes place in a dystopia called Vessel and the government is called Blurryface.

Definition of vessel: Something to hold another thing; a container

Rich people are called Air Catchers and live in Truce with houses of gold.

The poor and the crazies are called Heathens and live in Slowtown.

Josh and Tyler become criminals together to stop Blurryface

Drugs and stealing involved, not that triggering of a story.

Also everything belongs to Twenty One Pilots except the idea of the story which I came up with.
