Welcome to the documenting of a fun game we made up:[insert witty title here] Basically, it is a game where you write short stories!
WHAT YOU NEED:
At least two writers, at least one person who doesn't write (the "official"), a timer, plenty of pens/pencils and paper, and lots of creativity!
RULES:
-Officials must create at least three stipulations (guidelines to the story)
-Writers get two minutes to plan and fifteen minutes to complete the story
-Stories that aren't finished will be disqualified and won't be posted
-Stories must be posted EXACTLY how originally written with the only exceptions being spelling, grammar, censoring, and small changes to help the story flow better. Nothing that changes the plot. Small edits should be placed in [brackets]

Released : Part 1 -white belt : write a 100 words flash-fiction action about the realization of danger. The wordcount must be exactly 100 Part 2 -yellow belt : write a 500 words flash-fiction with the prompt "Dead or alive. You're coming with me." The wordcount max is 500 words Part 3 -orange belt : write an 800 words flash-fiction with dialogue between good and bad. The wordcount max is 800 words Part 4 -green belt : write a 1000-1500 words flash-fiction using the genres of action & thriller/horror. Must mostly contain active sentences and fast-paced. It has to be first person perspective. Part 5 -blue belt : write a 1000-1500 words flash-fiction using the theme "Ride or Die" with a third person perspective and the show not tell sentences. Part 6 -purple belt : write a 1000-1500 words action fantasy with a plot twist. Part 7 -brown belt : write a 2000-2500 words action + free theme and with active sentences. End with an insane cliffhanger. Part 8 -red belt : write a 3000-3500 words (continuation of the brown belt) + active sentences and fast-paced. I'm a little nervous, cuz this is my first time doing something like this, but I'm mostly excited because this sounds like a lot of fun! SmackDown: Back to Our Roots
Our previous two SmackDowns were both massive successes, and it's high time for another. You might remember the last one was heavy on the "game" elements, maybe even too heavy. This time we're going back to the basics and keeping it simple. It's just a motherfuckin' sci-fi SmackDown: a heated writing contest where contestants are given text-, music- and visual-based prompts, and then they need to write a short story around that, following which they're judged for their efforts and either move on to the next round or they get eliminated from the competition. BORED? Check this out! Not only does this include totally random, funny, short stories that make no sense it also includes jokes, riddles, things to do when you're bored, movie/book/YouTube recommendations to keep you entertained/laughing and SO MUCH MORE. The short stories were written out of boredom for fun and to entertain others :). Each short story jumps from one idea to the next every sentence, not really sticking on topic, but it's still like a journey for the character. Hopefully it makes someone's day or gives them an idea. So... Enjoy! P.S. I know this says "completed," and it kind of is in that it's not a regular story with a plot line (beginning, middle, and end).
