Jordan is banished. Exiled from his home forever, to forage for himself. Why? Because he is a thief. After stealing the cities most treasured artifact, the council of Haddenburg kicked him from his home. Did that stop him? No.
After becoming a threat to the cities wealth, he is in danger of assassins and thugs, and they all want his head.
But when raiders infiltrate the city, and start to attack regularly, the council needs a spy. Someone clever. Someone sneaky, Jordan. The reward would be acceptance, he would no longer be the outcast he is- But is it worth it? If he fails, he wouldn't just die. He would be tortured. And then, only after days or weeks of torture he would die.
Sometimes its better not to be a hero.

This is a story I started writing a while back, on a different platform. I am working to rewrite it in a clearer RPG style. I originally wrote about 70 chapters. Quirks, the evolutionary advancement of human evolution. The next step in human history to become better than what they were before but that was just hopeful wishing. Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity. They valued quirks as if they are what determines where people stand in society and if you don't have a quirk you'd live a life full of torment, torture and just plain cruelty. A boy was born in a corrupted world and he was unfortunate enough to be born quirkless. He has seen the horrors of how humans treat the less fortunate, those who are quirkless, who have weak quirks, mutation quirks and quirks that are considered villainous. He wanted to change the outlook of how society became, so he planned on becoming something that could change the world. Twilight... --- Kageyama Kazuma is a 16 year old boy, aspiring to follow his late father's footsteps, and become a hero who saves people. But... Not all can go as planned, or wished, right? So was the case for Kazuma as well, as his quirk soon found itself being held accountable for Kazuma being coined the word "villain" by those around him, before he could even begin his journey to becoming a hero.
