My Deep Dark Secret

Basically the point of this story was to tell people not to be afraid and to trust their friends and family. But it isn't instead it about a girl and a boy(who happen to be twins but don't know either exist) who find each other and fall in love on a random trip to the grand canyon. When they notice this strange birthmark that appears out of nowhere.(on both of them) But one twin has a secret and doesn't tell the other.
