After a new virus is made, the U.S government decides to test it on a small town outside Missouri. The results are catastrophic, the virus completely destroys the brain, so the Millitary tries destroying it the only way they know how... A nuclear strike. All it does is mutate the virus causing it to bring back the deceased host.
