In the industrial metropolis known as Heltzer Republic, a young AI personel named Proxiev is nominated to create a department of robot relations that would promote equality of flesh and steel. But the unit in question is less than qualified for the job, and was only chosen because the Prime Minister is the only other model like Proxiev. How will he run the branch and who will he recruit?
