What will happen when local good girl Gracelin Frank has to share an apartment with local bad boy Theo James?

But what will happen when Gracelin or "feisty mama"-as he calls her-finds herself falling for him. But this can't be happening because Theo has a girlfriend and Amber is definitely the light your house on fire type of girl.

Gracelin seems to have the perfect life. Good girl, good grades, good looks and a wonderful boyfriends but deep down she is just hiding all of her pain behind a fake smile. No one knows how much she misses her mother or how her dad is very abusive towards her or how much she secretly hates Theo James and his rude, abusive word spitting face.

Theo seems to have the perfect life. Caption of the foot ball team, has the most popular girl as his arm candy and a lot of money but deep down he is in love with someone else that he could never be with. Dating the girl he secretly loves would ruin his reputation and his reputation is something he has to keep.
