It story is taken place after My story series.

Malware, an evil Galvanic Mechamorph land on a dimensional Earth to find his greatest rival Cinos The Werehog and he's now powered the Energems.

Malware met a hybrid kid named Steven to help him find the criminal by tricking him so that he get the Red Energem.

Discovering that the monster is friendly both Steven and Cinos became close friend but Malware now wanted the Dark Energem to make him more powerful.

Keeper must let The Savage Ravagers and The Crystal Gems work together to stop Malware and his forces of evil.
