It all started with the fire, that's when everything went downhill for Anastasia. At the age of 17 she has never had a boyfriend, doesn't have any friends and has been bullied ever since her house burnt down around her and her family. Luckily she got rescued and moved in with her Aunt Sara.
With the exepectations of her senior year being a total nightmare, a new boy comes to town who becomes intrigued by this mysterious girl who always keeps to herself and refuses to let anyone in.
With the help of her first true friend will she finally have a nice, reliable guy to love? Or will Anastasia Clauderson always be known as 'The freak'.
