Nathaniel Hudson is the new kid and right away people find ways to pick on him.  As soon as he gets to the school the teacher assigns an assignment to the students where they must write a 5000 word page on anything of their choice, and it just so happens that Nathaniel is partnered up with someone he doesn't want to be with, Sean Gabriel, one of the jocks who surprisingly doesn't bully him but lets his friends bully Nathaniel. 
Sean discovers things about Nathaniel that Nathaniel would have let no one discover but thanks to Sean, soon the whole school knows.
The bullying gets worse, but this time Sean joins in, until one day Sean decides to stop the bullies.
