Rosemary Calderone was a normal girl. She lived in Denver, Colorado. She kept to herself and never disobeyed her parents.

Her family moved to Minnesota and she began hanging out with a new crowd at her new school. She met Gabe. She would go out every night with her friends and she started doing things she usually wouldn't do.

She never knew her boyfriend Gabe was in a gang. Until one night, at a party she got drunk and a rival slept with Rosemary.

The gang was coming after her, so she had to disappear. She found herself at a run down motel where she could hide.

She was scared and every knock at her door made her stomach drop. She was fearful for her life, until she met Harry.
