What happens when a human gets tired of resets? When the thrill of a genocide route becomes boring and mundane? This is exactly what happens to Frisk. They spent so much time going through reset after reset that now they are growing tired of it. However, little do they know that their next timeline will be one of the most interesting they've ever had. When Frisk resets after an incomplete genocide, it captures the attention of a certain alien Timelord called The Doctor. He has to travel between dimensions to investigate this strange anomaly, but ends up with an adventure much more strange than he had initially anticipated. This timeline is breaking. The entire reality is being torn apart and it's up to Frisk, Sans, and The Doctor to stop it.

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. The feeling sat in his in the pit of his stomach, tying itself into knots, until that fateful rainy day when all of his questions would be answered. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
