When he stops at the Smithsonian, James "Bucky" Barnes planned on trying to  jog his memory, not meeting a former SHIELD agent and unflinchingly persistent ally. 

Gail Richards has experience as a soldier and a special agent, but Bucky Barnes knows none of that when he accepts her offer to help him stay off the grid. She joins him on his escape to Europe and attempts to aid him as his memories resurface and he adjusts to the modern world.
