Lloyd was a Caravaneer from the Hub, when he was out by New Vegas, selling wares no one wanted. He barely scraped by, and had a few run ins with raiders, and other vicious groups, when he was kidnapped by raiders. For weeks he was starved, beaten, and clinging onto life by a thread, when a rival gang attacked and killed Lloyd's captors, in turn setting him free. For safety he decided to join them hoping to live a better life, but what will happen when he is forced to turn from the raiding life he's known for years to something far more... interesting.

"Hi, I'm Noa." Glancing to my right, I realized the girl was sitting next to me. "Um, I'm Delaney." "Nice to meet you. It's nice to finally have another girl to talk to. I've been stuck with these assholes here for three years." "What, did they kidnap you too?" At that, everyone turned to me and it was quiet again. Tyde, of course, looked pissed. Tensions in the area are high as the Legion rebuilds their army and strength from their defeat at the hands of the NCR four years ago. As she does this, Artemis comes across a courier who shares similar enough goals and they work together to bring at least a temporary alliance with the Brotherhood and NCR in hopes of ridding the area of the Legion and it's leader for good. On top of that the Mojave Brotherhood has been weakened due to an unnecessary battle thanks to their previous Elder, Father Elijah and he must pay with his life at the loss of all the blood that didn't need to spill. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. Warning - This story may have -Self harm -Rape -Abuse -Suicidal thoughts and actions -Violence and gore -Uncomfortable scenes (If this isn't your first alien pet book, you know what I'm talking about)
