For years, two major gangs have fought, and made chaos on the small, bad city it's in. Almost every night, there's ether been a robbery, or a shooting. Manly from the gangs.
The names, are the Hinju, with the leader, Smith.
Then there's the Barren, with the leader, James.
The gangs have brought their kids into this, so no more normal life for them.
The Barren gangs leader, has a daughter, Destiny Sky. She hates her name, so everyone just calls her Des.
She has followed in the footsteps of her father, as if she was him. Getting into drugs, and fights at a young age, and is now in the gang.
The Hinju gangs leader, has a son, named Allen Matthews. His dad, the leader, is abusive, drunk. His mum died when he was little. He hates his father, but follows him in the gang life, because he wants to show his dad that he isn't the little boy he used to be.

Learns survival early-hustling, stealing, and fighting by age 10. At 16, he gets caught in a local turf war and kills his first man-forced to flee to Durban. --- The Streets Make a Man (Durban - Central, Umlazi, Scottburgh) Age 17-20: Zee builds a name in Durban's underworld. Joins a notorious car theft syndicate, hijacking luxury cars & selling parts. Falls in love with Ayanda, a girl from Umlazi, who gets pregnant. At 19, he becomes a father, but the streets keep calling. At 21, he rises in the ranks, controlling drug trade, illegal gambling, and extortion. Gains enemies-police and rival gangs start targeting him. His closest friend betrays him, and his girlfriend gets killed in the crossfire. He barely escapes death with his daughter in his arms. Helen's parents demand that she marry the man they've chosen for her or be disowned. She chooses to be disowned. But that isn't good enough for them.
