Harley Quinn was recently dumped by the Joker. Since she was heartbroken and alone, she figured she would need money so she decided that she would go ask her good friend two-face for some. Well it didn't turn out well which almost lead to her being dead. The alone reason she still alive is because of a young gurl saving her.

Jessie Williams is a street rat with Notting but a goal to live and sometimes save a life or two. It wasn't until she took a walk near the docks where a central crazy person was about to get killed, out of the goodness of her heart she saved Harley from getting killed and gaining a new task which was take care of a heartbroken carzy lady.
