When they were 12, someone attempted to kidnap twin sisters Charlie and Carter. Charlie got away, but Carter was forced to live with her kidnappers. Now 4 years later, the twins are 16, and are completely different, while struggling through the effects of the kidnapping. The story shows the twin's psychology through Charlie's personal guilt and survivors remorse, while Carter is facing  battles of Stockholm syndrome. This poignant story deals with family, friendship and the debate of nature vs. nurture.
