Fight 'till the End

After the war with Gaea, Percy and Annabeth start senior year at Goode High School. They get to experience what life is like as a teenager but, with a few demigod bumps in the way. What's going on with Annabeth? Who is this April chick? And what does any of this have to do with high school?!

Yeah, well that's what it felt like. But I wasn't thinking about something, nor was I thinking about nothing. A strange feeling of not anything. And then you're almost asleep but you can still feel yourself drifting, then something wakes you up. An old memory or a sound or a feeling wakes you up. But it isn't like waking up from a deep sleep in the morning, it's like waking up with a jump-start. Like waking up from a nightmare. When you shoot your eyes open, whole body jumps, and the steady breathes you were once taking is one, big inhale that stings your lungs and surges all the way through your rib-cage.
