unfortunate ➸ primeval
❝ "Oh, yes," Helen approached her goddaughter. "Clara Fields. The only other person in the world to know Claudia Brown existed; the girl who turned down the future." She stroked the side of Clara's cheek gently, a small smile on her face. "Yes," she said after a moment. "I think you can come with us." ❞ ~~~~ Clara Fields has grown up surrounded by palaeozoology, with her father working very closely alongside Professor Nick Cutter and his wife, Helen. But then Helen disappears without a trace, and everyone's lives go awry. Eight years later, and Clara helps discover these strange things called anomalies with Nick, his lab technician Stephen Hart, and a nerdy student of his called Connor Temple. Yet these anomalies are dangerous: some lead to the past, and others the future. Will Clara explore things beyond her wildest dreams? Or will she be sucked into the danger that comes with messing with time? Book 1 of 2 (I own nothing except for my own characters. This is an AU, so not everything will be the same. Please enjoy!) (This begins at Series 1 & ends at Series 3)Kumpleto
